Merchant terms

1. Role

You provide the products — list them, keep stock ready, and hand them over for pickup.

We deliver to the buyer and handle customer communication. We stay the main contact for the customer. If a product needs a specialist answer, we may ask you to join that conversation.

Do not deliver directly to buyers unless we ask you in writing.

2. Listings

• Keep name, price, photos, condition, and stock accurate.
• Prices must be lawful; tick VAT correctly when listing.
• No counterfeit, prohibited, or misleading items.
• Ship-ready pack: correct item, qty, and condition.

3. Delivery & pickup

After an order is Paid, prepare goods for Bindertech Store pickup:

• Kigali — ready within 1 business day
• Other provinces — within 2 business days (or as agreed)

Business days: Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays. If you will miss a window, email support@bindertech.store.

We contact the buyer about delivery and support. Do not message buyers about delivery on your own. Buyer address and phone stay with us — they are not shown in your portal.

4. Orders in the portal

You can view status. You cannot change it.

• Paid — prepare for pickup
• Confirmed / Dispatched — we are fulfilling
• Received — delivered; payout eligible

5. Payments

• MoMo — buyer pays Bindertech Store; we confirm before pickup. Do not ask them to pay you again.
• Pay on delivery — buyer pays our rider. You do not collect cash.

6. Fees & payouts

First RWF 100,000 in completed sales: 0%. After that: 5% on your item subtotal (not added to the buyer). Payout only after Order received. Progress shows in Dashboard / Payouts.

7. Returns & quality

Buyers use our returns policy. Cooperate on defects or wrong items. Repeat failures may suspend your account.

8. Not allowed

• Off-platform payments to dodge fees
• Bypassing our delivery without approval
• Substituting products without consent
• Misusing buyer data (you should not have it)

9. Account

Keep login secure. We may suspend or end access for breaches, fraud risk, or legal reasons. You stay responsible for your own tax and business compliance.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued selling means you accept the latest version. Questions: business@bindertech.store.
