Terms of Use

1. Platform scope

Bindertech Store is an online marketplace where you can browse and purchase products from participating sellers. By using the website, you agree to these Terms, our policies, and applicable laws in Rwanda. See also our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and guest checkout

You may create an account or check out as a guest. Accounts must use accurate information and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Guest orders are linked by order ID and the device used at checkout; save your order ID to track status. You may later sign in and attach eligible guest orders from the same device to your account.

3. Orders and availability

Orders are subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, and delivery coverage. We may cancel or refuse orders affected by pricing errors, stock issues, fraud risk, or compliance requirements. If you have already paid and an order is cancelled, eligible refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

4. Pricing and payments

Prices are shown in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and are VAT-inclusive where applicable. At checkout you may choose:

• MTN Mobile Money — after placing your order, dial the USSD code shown on the payment page from your MTN line and confirm with your MoMo PIN. Payment is not confirmed automatically; our team verifies receipt and updates your order to paid.
• Cash on delivery — pay the delivery agent in cash when your order arrives. You must have the order total ready unless otherwise agreed with support.

Until payment is confirmed, your order may remain in Pending payment status.Bindertech Store may add or change payment methods over time. Automated payment gateways, if introduced later, will be described at checkout.

5. Order status and fulfilment

After payment is confirmed, your order progresses through fulfilment stages (for example confirmed, dispatched, received). The Bindertech Store team coordinates pickup from the seller and delivery to you. Status updates are shown on your order page. See our merchant terms for fulfilment.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address and phone number you provide at checkout. The Bindertech Store team will contact you to arrange handover. You are responsible for ensuring someone can receive the order and, for cash on delivery, payment at handover. Risk transfers when the order is delivered to you or your authorised recipient.

Free delivery in Kigali applies to orders with a subtotal of RWF 40,000 or more. Smaller Kigali orders include a flat delivery fee shown at checkout. Outside Kigali, delivery fees are negotiable based on destination and will be confirmed with you before dispatch.

7. Returns and refunds

Return and refund eligibility depends on product condition, reason for return, and the return request window. Certain products may be non-returnable (for example final-sale, hygiene-sensitive, or customised items) unless required by law. See our Returns & refunds policy for details. 8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, including fraud, false payment claims, abuse of reviews, attempts to bypass marketplace transactions, scraping, or any activity that harms other users or Bindertech Store. We may suspend accounts or restrict access for violations.

9. Intellectual property

Bindertech Store branding, content, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.

10. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bindertech Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
